Why choose Lindsay Ann Artistry? Because we recognize that every wedding, event, and gift should be as different and amazing as our customer's personalities. Our mission is to continually offer our customers personal and aesthetically pleasing stationery and gifts for weddings, parties, events and more. Lindsay Ann Artistry is located in Sugar Land, TX. If you are located in the Houston area, please call to set up an appointment if you would like to see our products in person.

Our office is currently in the confines of a home. If you are local, please call or email to schedule an appointment and we will meet you at any public location within 10 miles from Airport & Hwy. 6. One of our favorite stops is Starbucks & Willie's Ice House! We love meeting with friendly faces, but virtual friendliness is also greatly accepted too.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: My husband and I will be moving the end of August! Please place your orders ASAP! We won't be available after August 25 - Return date unknown so far (we think September 5?)

Payments

We provide several different payment options (in order of preference):
1) Direct through Etsy
2) Etsy Gift Card
3) PayPal - For entire wedding suites this is the preferred method as we can customize it and set up payment plans.

If you are shipping to Texas, an 8.25% tax will be added to your order. The tax will be applied to the shipping fee and the subtotal.

Digital downloads

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We offer Mail, Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and 1-Day shipping for all destinations in the continental United States via FedEx or USPS. Please note that orders over $100 cannot be shipped to post office boxes - please provide a street address. (Orders
to Canada, Puerto Rico and internationally will be shipped via international mail.)

Items will not be shipped until full payment is received. No COD orders. We use USPS. If ordering online, you can specify the method of shipping at checkout. If ordering through our albums, the most cost effective method of shipping will be selected
unless otherwise noted on your order; in which additional shipping charges will be applied if a faster method is requested.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

We work hard to ensure that you receive quality products. However, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product you received, please view below our refund policy.

Set-up charges ($10) for custom wording or ($32) custom designs are non-refundable. In the event you decide to cancel prior to shipment, we will refund the remainder of your order. For personalized products only: if you would like to cancel your order after you have approved a proof, please contact us immediately as you may not cancel/return your order once printing has begun. No refunds will be given for misspelled, mis-matched color, or items that were missing on the proof entirely. The only exception is if you have received an order with opposite color match (i.e. an orange item when you ordered blue.) or if you did not approve a proof. Most products requiring personalization require a proof approval. We do not send proofs for items with single initial personalization unless requested..

We cannot guarantee a delivery date; only the shipment date of the package as USPS does not guarantee a delivery date. If a package is late we will not provide a refund. Please contact USPS for more information on if you qualify for compensation.

Additional

Please plan on placing your order 2 weeks (1 month for custom designs) before needing your product, especially for custom projects. We are able to rush your orders with a $12 net fee per item.

-------------Digital Files & Proofs----------------
We work diligently to get the proofs/digital files just the way you want them. However, quality proofs take time (and energy)! Therefore, you receive 2 free proof revisions with custom orders. After that each proof is an additional $5. Requesting changes after you have signed our proof approval form is permissible, however an additional fee may be required for those changes to make place. If printing has already started it will be treated as a new order. If printing hasn’t begun, a rush design fee of $24 will be required.
